Artist: Edelson, Mary Beth

Mary Elizabeth Edelson was a pioneer of the feminist art movement. Her works have been shown at many major institutions, including the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago; The Museum of Modern Art, New York; and Smithsonian American Art Museum, Washington, D.C. She is a founder of Heresies Magazine and Women’s Action Coalition.
